Eduardo qualified as an industrial engineer from the university of Buenos Aires, he has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has worked in the US and Europe with companies such as Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Etex Group. Eduardo is also a former Director of the HSM Group (1999-2012) now Wobi .and in 1988 was a visiting professor at a program in prestigious University of California (Berkeley).

Dr Alicia Aitken is Telstra’s Chief Project Officer (CPO), responsible for ensuring successful project delivery across the capital investment programme. Alicia has worked extensively with organisations across the globe to assess and develop their organisational project management capability.
Prior to her role at Telstra Alicia held the position of CEO, Human Systems International now a PMI owned company. Her experience ranges through several industries including Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Defence & Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Engineering & Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas and Government.
Alicia is actively involved in several industry groups and peak bodies. Alicia holds a PhD in project management and psychology with a particular focus on how project managers cope with stress. Alicia is a regular keynote speaker at conferences around the world and contributes to academic programs at universities in both Australia and Europe.
Drew Bradford is responsible for leading National Australia Bank’s FICC business which encompasses the Fixed Income trading, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Financial Institution Sales and Markets Research businesses.
Drew joined NAB in July 2011 from Deutsche Bank in London where he was Global Head of their Listed Derivatives business. In his 12 years at Deutsche Bank, Drew had various management responsibilities across Europe, Japan and globally in their Global Finance and Foreign Exchange, Equities, Commodities and Institutional Sales business.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Drew was Head of Financial Markets at Bankers Trust New Zealand. Drew began his career as a Graduate at Bankers Trust in Sydney in 1987 and was predominantly involved in the Currency and Interest Rate Derivative trading business.
Drew has a Bachelor of Business in Finance from the University of Canberra.
Brad has 28 years’ experience in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and related industries and has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors.
His past roles have included Sales, ICT Management, CIO, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Services, ICT Consulting, Business Group Management, ICT Training & Support, Business Analysis, Project & Programme Management, Account Management, Industry Specialist, Partner Business Development and Public Sector Lead.
Brad joined Amazon Web Services in 2013 as their Public Sector Lead for Victoria & Tasmania, after an 11 year career in various Public Sector roles at Microsoft Australia.
He thrives when working with customers and employees alike, who sit at the intersect of Thinking Big, Getting Stuff Done and Fun to Be Around.
During his career in ICT, he has lived in Melbourne and London and has worked on a range of consulting assignments in Australia, England, Republic of Ireland, and Northern Ireland.
Brad lives in Melbourne with his wife and two kids, loves golf, tennis, red wine and travel (particularly when they’re all combined in some way) and was a Hawthorn supporter long before it became popular.
Justin was appointed CEO of JBWere in February 2014. JBWere is a leading wealth management firm, providing a wide range of investment, advisory and philanthropic services. JBWere employs over 500 people across Australia and New Zealand.
Justin joined JBWere from ANZ where he was General Manager, Transformation for ANZ Wealth. In this role, he had responsibility for the customer transformation agenda with a specific focus on the digital, online and physical channels. Prior to this, Justin held a number of roles in Private Banking, Wealth Management and Financial Advice with Westpac and Rothschild Asset Management.
Justin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Accounting (B.Acc) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Peter is the Executive Director for Customer Service and Sales, Consumer at Telstra. He is a global expert in Leadership in a customer driven environment. A 30+ year veteran of Telstra (a company with annual revenues of approx $26 billion).
Kevin is a global thought leader on customer and employee engagement. He’s an inspirational and entertaining keynote speaker who challenges audiences to recognize the need for dramatic and immediate change in a way that the new marketplace consumers are engaged.
Kevin founded SalesForce with advertising agency DDB in 1994 and built it into the most successful outsourced customer contact business in the Asia Pacific region before it was sold in 2005. Kevin then resigned as CEO in 2007. Under his guidance, SalesForce achieved a global reputation for deploying emerging technologies and new techniques for customer and employee engagement. At the time of his departure SalesForce was recognised as one of the top six employers in Asia Pacific.
In 2009, Kevin co-founded Engage P/L with Aaron Panozza to deliver Cloud-based customer contact solutions to regional enterprise customers. This business also achieved rapid success and was acquired by LivePerson Inc. in 2012.

Peter Jackson – Dinner Speaker
Peter was appointed Interim CEO of Melbourne Football Club on 1st May 2013, initially on a 6 month contract. He became the permanent CEO on 1st November. His mandate when joining the club was to lead a total rebuild, including the football and financial performance, as well as the culture of the club.
The club has turned around a $3 million reported loss in 2013 to $300k profit in 2014 and is on track for an improved result in 2015. The team has also shown real signs of improvement and is expected to continue that path over the next few years as young players develop further.
Prior to joining Melbourne Football Club, Peter held various positions in the AFL Industry. He was CEO and/or Managing Director of Essendon Football Club from 1996 -2009. Following his retirement from Essendon, Peter was appointed Chairman of AFL Victoria as well as Chairman of AFL SporstsReady. He relinquished these roles after joining Melbourne Football Club.
Peter also operated as a consultant providing strategic advice, mentoring and leadership development for companies as well as to some other AFL Clubs.
Apart from his role as CEO of Melbourne FC, Peter is now also Chairman of The Buchan Group Melbourne, which is a major global commercial architectural practice, with offices and projects throughout UK, Europe, China, Asia and Middle East, as well as Australia.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Adelaide University.
